We’re excited to share some great news about our Loyalty Program! Recently, we made adjustments to our points expiration policy to give you more flexibility and more time to enjoy your rewards.

📅 What’s Changed?

Old Policy:

All member points expired at the end of July each year.

New Policy (Effective August 2025):

Points will only expire if your account has no activity for over one year.

“No activity” means no points earned or redeemed during that time.

♻ We’ve Restored Your Points!

To celebrate the policy change, we’ve reactivated all points that previously expired under the old rules. You can now use them anytime for exclusive rewards and discounts.

📦 A Note on Shipping

When redeeming points for a gift item only, a base shipping fee will apply.
To save more, we recommend adding the gift to an order with other items you love—this way, the gift ships together with your purchase at no extra cost to your wallet.
