No coupon code is needed - the discount will be applied at checkout automatically.

4. Platform:

The christmas special discount will be available at our both online store (website at http://acg-go.com/) and physical store (521 S College Ave Unit 111, Tempe, AZ 85281), includes online store on Shop APP, but excludes from all third-party and social media channels. 

5. Region:

The store-wide discount is valid for all visitors to the website and physical store.

Reward Event Acknowledgement

1. To qualify for a free gift, your order total (after tax) must reach the minimum amount required for a specific tier. You may choose one item from the highest eligible tier, or from any lower tier.

2. Order totals from multiple transactions cannot be combined or accumulated to reach a tier.

3. If your order total is high enough to reach multiple tier levels, you may select only one gift from all qualifying tiers. Example: A $150 post-tax purchase qualifies you select a freebie from either the $36 or the $108 tiers.

4. All gifts are officially limited-edition, not-for-sale merchandise. Supplies are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

1. There are no purchase quantity limits during the promotion period - stock up while supplies last!

3. Free shipping applies to the U.S. mainland (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

4. All official freebies are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If an order is canceled due to special circumstances, the freebies must be canceled or returned to ACG Go Anime.

5. All items are final sales, meaning they are all non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review your order carefully before checking out. All orders are shipped with insurance coverage. If your package is lost or damaged, we will cover it, but proof of loss or damage will be required to file a claim. 

6. An additional shipping fee will not be applied if your order (including pre-orders) is eligible for the free shipping discount. However, if you require a separate shipment to fulfill your order, an additional shipping fee may still be applied.
